Could cannabis oil bring comfort to seriously ill children?
NCT ID NCT05615389
Summary
This small pilot study is testing whether medicinal cannabis is a practical and acceptable option to help ease symptoms like pain in children receiving palliative care for serious, non-cancer illnesses. It will enroll 10 children and young adults to see if families can follow the study plan and tolerate the medication. The main goal is to gather information to design a larger future trial, not to prove the treatment works yet.
