Summary

This study tests whether adding a balanced cannabis extract (THC/CBD) to standard pain treatment can reduce symptom burden in 156 adults with advanced solid tumors. Participants will receive either the cannabis extract or a placebo for 8 weeks. The goal is to see if it improves overall symptom distress, including pain, nausea, and sleep quality.
