Summary
This study looked at how cannabis affects thinking, balance, and walking in 25 older women, some with HIV and some without. Participants took either cannabis or a placebo, then did tests like walking while reciting letters and reaching forward without losing balance. The goal was to understand why cannabis users may have a higher fall risk.
