Summary

This Yale University study is testing if a very low dose of a prescription cannabis pill (dronabinol) can help people in recovery from opioid addiction. The goal is to see if it can safely reduce their pain sensitivity, ease cravings, and improve mood and thinking. The study involves 36 adults who are already receiving stable treatment with medications like methadone or buprenorphine.
