Summary
This study looks at whether giving pasteurized donor milk (instead of formula) to newborns who need extra feeding helps mothers breastfeed longer and more exclusively. The trial includes 112 infants born to diabetic mothers, born small, or late preterm. Researchers will compare breastfeeding rates at 4 months and check growth, behavior, and parent stress.
