Summary
This study aims to improve safety for cancer patients receiving targeted radiation therapy by having pharmacists review all their medications. Researchers will enroll 600 adults with thyroid cancer, prostate cancer, or neuroendocrine tumors to test whether detailed medication reviews prevent harmful drug interactions. The goal is to create better safety practices for this growing cancer treatment approach.
