Summary
This study is testing whether electronic symptom surveys can help patients with advanced cancer report their needs so doctors can connect them to supportive care services faster. The goal is to see if this approach makes it easier for 90 participants to get help managing symptoms and improving quality of life during treatment. One group will use the survey system with alerts to their care team, while another group will follow standard procedures.
