Summary
This small, completed pilot study tested a new 12-week occupational therapy program called ActiveHeal EST. It aimed to help breast and prostate cancer survivors build resilience, improve their quality of life, and manage symptoms like pain and fatigue. The program included group sessions and individual calls to help participants stay active and engaged in daily life.
