Summary
This study is testing a new screening questionnaire to see if it can better identify cancer survivors who need occupational therapy. Researchers will compare the new tool to the current standard used in a rehabilitation clinic. The goal is to make sure survivors who struggle with daily tasks like dressing or cooking get connected to the right help.
