Study tests if family doctors in cancer clinics improve survivor care

Summary
This study is testing whether having primary care doctors work directly within cancer clinics improves follow-up care for people who have completed treatment for early-stage breast or colorectal cancer. Researchers are comparing this new approach to usual care to see if it helps survivors receive better preventive services and feel more confident managing their health. The trial involves 2,450 participants who finished cancer treatment 6-36 months ago and are considered at low risk for recurrence.
