New program aims to lift spirits of chinese cancer patients

Summary
This study is testing different combinations of cancer education, counseling, and peer support meetings designed specifically for Chinese cancer patients and survivors. Researchers want to see which combinations work best and are most practical for improving participants' quality of life. The program is being tested with 64 Mandarin-speaking adults in New York and New Jersey who have had cancer in the last five years.
