Summary

This study is testing whether a personalized exercise and rehabilitation program given before cancer treatment (called prehabilitation) can improve how well patients function and their overall quality of life. Researchers will enroll 60 adults with cancer who are starting care at the University of North Carolina. Half will receive the prehabilitation program, and the other half will receive standard care, allowing the team to compare outcomes.
