First seen Apr 25, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study looks at whether interventional radiology—a minimally invasive technique using needles or catheters—can reduce pain and improve quality of life in people with advanced or metastatic cancer. About 125 adults whose cancer has spread and who are expected to live at least 3 months will take part. The main goal is to measure pain levels before the procedure and at 7 days, 1 month, and 3 months afterward.
