Summary
This study tested a new supportive corset designed to make portable chemotherapy pumps more comfortable for patients. Forty people with colorectal cancer were split into two groups: one used the new corset, and the other received standard care. Researchers measured if the corset helped reduce physical discomfort, anxiety, and sleep problems related to carrying the pump, and if it improved overall quality of life.
