Drug and exercise combo tested to fight debilitating cancer fatigue

Summary
This study aims to see if a combination of a stimulant medication (methylphenidate) and a guided exercise program can reduce severe, cancer-related fatigue in patients with advanced or metastatic cancer who are receiving a type of immunotherapy. It will enroll about 212 adults who are experiencing significant fatigue. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the real medication or a placebo pill, while everyone follows the same physical activity plan.
