Summary
This study aims to see if having a specialized pharmacist review a patient's complete medication list makes targeted radiation cancer treatments safer. It will involve 600 adults with cancers like thyroid, prostate, or neuroendocrine tumors who are receiving this type of therapy. Researchers will compare safety outcomes between patients who get this detailed medication review and those who do not.
