Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of two oral drugs, ZEN-3694 and talazoparib, can shrink or stop the growth of advanced solid tumors that have specific genetic features. It aims to enroll 88 adults whose cancer has progressed despite prior treatments. A key goal is to understand how patients' specific genetic mutations influence their response to this therapy.
