Summary
This early-stage trial is testing three different drug combinations to find safe doses and see if they can help control advanced solid tumors that have spread. The study will enroll about 111 adults with specific genetic features in their cancer. Researchers aim to see if combining a drug that blocks tumor DNA repair with other targeted drugs is more effective than single treatments.
