Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a combination of three drugs—copanlisib, olaparib, and durvalumab—in patients with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The main goal is to find the safest and most effective dose of this combination for people whose tumors have specific genetic changes. Researchers will also check if the treatment helps shrink or control the cancer.
