Summary

This study tested the safety and effectiveness of an experimental drug called BMS-986253 when given alongside established immunotherapy drugs (nivolumab with or without ipilimumab). It involved 281 people with advanced, hard-to-treat cancers, including melanoma. The main goals were to find a safe dose and see if the combination could shrink tumors.
