Summary
This study will test a program that screens cancer patients for emotional distress and refers them to mental health services. It involves 50 English- or Spanish-speaking adults with a new solid tumor diagnosis at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center. The goal is to see if the program helps connect diverse, underserved patients to the support they need.
