Summary
This study is testing a patient navigation program designed to help people with cancer or suspicious screening results get better access to care and support. It focuses specifically on Black, Hispanic, and residents of high-need areas in Cleveland. The goal is to see if having a dedicated navigator improves quality of life, reduces distress, and helps address social needs like financial stability and transportation.
