Summary
This study follows 3,000 men with low-risk prostate cancer who chose active surveillance (close monitoring instead of immediate treatment). Researchers aim to find biological markers that can tell apart aggressive cancers from slow-growing ones. Participants provide regular blood and urine samples and undergo biopsies over time. The goal is to help men avoid unnecessary treatment while catching dangerous cancers early.
