Could your diet make your flu shot work better?

NCT ID NCT05565586

Summary

This study is exploring whether eating a diet high in fiber and prebiotic foods can change the bacteria in your gut and improve how well your body responds to the seasonal flu vaccine. Researchers are enrolling 31 healthy adults from MD Anderson Cancer Center to follow a specific diet before getting their flu shot. The main goal is to see if people can stick to the diet plan, while also measuring changes in gut bacteria and immune system markers after vaccination.
