Summary

This study tested a non-invasive technique called transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) to see if it could reduce tremors in people with essential tremor. 16 adults with moderate to severe tremor that didn't respond well to standard treatments received mild electrical stimulation over the cerebellum. Researchers measured changes in tremor using clinical scales and recordings.
