Summary
This study is testing whether special blankets can help young people aged 16-24 who have trouble sleeping. Researchers want to see if using these blankets for 4 weeks improves sleep quality and reduces stress. The goal is to find a safe, easy-to-use alternative to medication or intensive therapy for insomnia.
