Summary
This early-stage study is testing if adding a natural berry supplement called camu camu makes standard immunotherapy drugs work better for people with advanced kidney cancer that has spread. The main goal is to check if the combination is safe and to find the right dose of camu camu. Researchers will also see if the supplement changes gut bacteria and helps the body's immune system fight the cancer more effectively.
