First seen Apr 11, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining three drugs (camrelizumab, chemotherapy, and ivarmacitinib) before surgery can better eliminate esophageal cancer. About 45 adults with stage II–IVa esophageal squamous cell carcinoma will receive this treatment. The goal is to see if the cancer disappears completely by the time of surgery, offering a better chance at long-term control.
