New online tool aims to ease anxiety in pregnant veterans

Summary
This study is testing a web-based program called Calm Moms for pregnant veterans who have experienced trauma and are feeling anxious, stressed, or down. The program teaches coping skills based on proven therapy techniques. Researchers want to see if it is acceptable and helpful for reducing symptoms and improving daily functioning. About 36 pregnant veterans will take part.
