Blood test breakthrough could spot UC attacks early
NCT ID NCT07236333
First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated Apr 26, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looked at 100 people with ulcerative colitis to see if two blood-based scores (CALLY and HAALP) can help doctors tell when the disease is active. The goal was to find a simpler way to measure inflammation without invasive tests. The results may help improve monitoring of UC attacks.
