New eye surgery device aims to fight glaucoma

Summary
This study is testing a new surgical device called the Calibreye System to see if it is safe and can help lower eye pressure in people with open-angle glaucoma. It will involve about 60 participants who have not had certain previous eye surgeries. The main goal is to see how much the device reduces eye pressure over one year and to monitor for any side effects.
