First seen Apr 30, 2026 · Last updated Jun 11, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This early-stage trial tests a new treatment called calcium electroporation for people with bladder tumors who have few other options. It uses a special device to deliver calcium into the tumor with short electrical pulses. The main goal is to check if the treatment is safe, and researchers will also look at whether it shrinks tumors. About 20 adults with confirmed bladder cancer will take part.
