First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated Jun 05, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This early-phase study is testing whether adding a drug called calaspargase pegol to standard chemotherapy (Hyper-CVAD) is safe and tolerable for young adults newly diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). About 7 participants will receive the combination after completing the first part of standard chemo. The main goal is to check safety and see if the drug combo can reduce leukemia cells to very low levels.
