New drug combo tested to curb cravings and reduce eating
NCT ID NCT06207877
Summary
This study investigated whether a new combination medicine called CagriSema affects how much people eat, their appetite, and how quickly their stomach empties. The 32-week trial involved 62 adults with overweight or obesity, who were randomly assigned to receive either the active medicine or a placebo. Researchers measured changes in food consumption, hunger feelings, and body weight to understand how the treatment works.
