Summary
This study aims to find out if taking caffeine in different ways helps build more muscle and strength from weight training. Researchers will compare three caffeine schedules in 180 young men who don't normally use caffeine and don't currently exercise. The goal is to understand if daily caffeine, increasing doses, or caffeine only on workout days works best for muscle growth and recovery.
