Summary
This study is testing a gel called CABTREO, which combines three acne-fighting ingredients (clindamycin, adapalene, and benzoyl peroxide), in children aged 9 to 11 with moderate to severe acne. The goal is to see if it is safe and works well over 12 weeks. About 100 kids will apply the gel once daily at home. Researchers will track side effects and changes in acne lesions.
