Summary
This study looked at whether the drug cabozantinib can help children, teens, and young adults with a type of bone cancer called osteosarcoma that cannot be fully removed by surgery. Participants took cabozantinib pills daily along with standard supportive care, or received supportive care alone. The goal was to see if cabozantinib could slow or stop the cancer from growing.
