Summary
This early-stage study tests a new type of cell therapy for people with certain lymphomas that have come back or not responded to treatment. The therapy uses immune cells from healthy donors that are modified to better recognize and attack cancer cells, plus an added molecule to boost their staying power. The main goal is to check safety and find the right dose, while also watching for any tumor shrinkage.
