Summary
This is a first-in-human study to test the safety and find the right dose of a new oral drug called BY002. It is for adults with acute leukemia that has returned or not responded to standard treatments, particularly those with specific genetic changes. The main goals are to see how the body handles the drug and to check for side effects, while also looking for early signs that it might help control the cancer.
