First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests a virtual reality (VR) tool called bWell to see if it can help assess and improve thinking skills in people with major depression. About 40 adults aged 19-55 with mild depression and self-reported memory or focus issues will try the VR assessments and either cognitive training or VR scenes twice a week for 8 weeks. The main goal is to see if the tool is acceptable and easy to use, not to prove it works yet.
