Promising new combo targets Hard-to-Treat hodgkin lymphoma

Summary
This study tests whether a drug called BV, combined with standard chemotherapy (AVD), works better than standard treatment alone for people with newly diagnosed, early stage, bulky Hodgkin lymphoma. BV targets and kills cancer cells with a specific marker (CD30), while AVD stops cancer cells from growing. The trial will enroll 71 adults and use PET scans to guide treatment decisions.
