Summary

This study looked at whether combining Buteyko breathing exercises with postural stability exercises could improve how well young adult smokers use oxygen during exercise. Forty-six male smokers aged 18-30 took part. One group did the exercises for 6 weeks, while the other group did nothing. The results showed that the exercise group had better oxygen consumption and lung function compared to the control group.
