Summary

This study tests whether adding Buteyko breathing exercises to a smoking hygiene program can improve Eustachian tube and lung function in 40 adolescents who are regularly exposed to secondhand smoke at home. Participants will learn breathing techniques and ways to reduce smoke exposure. The goal is to ease symptoms and improve respiratory health.
