Summary
This study tests whether Buteyko breathing exercises can ease chronic Eustachian tube dysfunction in seniors. The main goal is to see if symptoms improve.

- What this could lead to
- If it works, this could offer a simple, drug-free way to manage chronic ear blockage in older adults.
