Summary
This study tests whether a new nasal spray system that delivers fluticasone deeper into the nose can relieve Eustachian tube dysfunction (ETD) โ a condition causing ear pressure, popping, and muffled hearing. About 80 adults with chronic ETD will receive either the active spray or a placebo. The goal is to see if this improved delivery method works better than standard sprays.
