Summary
This study tests whether buspirone, a medication used for anxiety, is safe and effective for autistic youth aged 7 to 17 who also have anxiety disorders. About 20 participants will receive buspirone or a placebo for 16 weeks. The goal is to see if the drug reduces anxiety symptoms without major side effects.
