NCT ID NCT06480227
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study compares two treatments for stress urinary incontinence (leaking urine with cough, sneeze, or exercise) in 358 women who haven't gotten enough relief from conservative care. One group gets a bulking agent injection into the urethra (up to two injections over 12 months), and the other gets a single-incision sling surgery. The main goal is to see which approach makes more women feel "much better" or "very much better" after one year.
