NCT ID NCT07588893
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether Buerger-Allen exercises—simple leg movements done while lying down—can quickly improve blood flow in the lower legs of people who sit for long hours at work. Thirty-five healthy adults aged 18 to 45 who sit at least 6 hours a day will do a single 20-minute exercise session. Researchers will measure skin temperature, capillary refill time, and other blood flow markers before and after the exercises to see if there is an immediate benefit.
