This trial compares postoperative pain between two surgical techniques used to close an oroantral fistula—an abnormal opening between the mouth and the sinus cavity. Inclusion Criteria: * Patients with clinically diagnosed oroantral fistula (OAF). * Age 30 to 60 years. * Both male and female patients who are Pakistani nationals. * Patients willing to continue with the study.
