Summary
This early-phase trial tests an experimental drug called BSI-082, alone or combined with a standard cancer drug (T-DXd), in 57 adults with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. The study has two parts: first, finding the safest dose of BSI-082 alone; second, testing it with T-DXd. The main goal is to check safety and side effects, not yet to prove the drug works.
